Maintenance/ Renovation
Once a resident moves out it is our job to ensure the quality of the unit is ready for the next tenant to move in. We believe it should be ready as if it was our own family. We pride ourselves on quality work to uphold to your standards.
Depending on the units' specifications we would provide three different maintenance requests.
General Maintenance, Turn Key maintenance and Renovation.
General Maintenace is provided for the units needing the bare minimum.
Turn Key maintenance is for the units requiring a few items that would need to be repaired or replaced based on wear and tear.
Renovation is provided for an upgrade to the unit for a modern desire. We would use materials from the property to install all items.
